PROTOTYPE 1

This design is the one I intend to use with the final product. After fine-tuning some things such as the water flow, aesthetics and program; I believe I can make this a durable and efficient plant watering system. I will improve the piping by looping the pipe around similar to the diagram in the Initial Designs page and adding holes as well as seal up the end so it creates a drip irrigation system which is far more viable in real-world use since it spreads the water over a large amount of surface area. I am also most likely going to create a custom water reservoir instead of used water bottles for aesthetic reasons. Lastly, if I can get an LED display in time I will create a display that shows the moisture at the moment to make it easier to use for the average consumer.
